polycystic kidney disease pain

Objective: to compare the different operation methods for alleviating the effect of polycystic kidney disease caused by chronic pain. Methods: the surgical treatment of pain symptoms in patients with polycystic kidney, can use the relative index of pain relief (RPR), compare the cyst puncture suction technique, open to the roof and decompression and drainage combined to top decompression and laparoscopic unroofing four surgical decompression for pain relief effect. Results: the four kinds of surgery on postoperative pain relief for 24 months there was no significant difference; 36 months after puncture of RPR is lower than the other three groups; 48 months postoperatively, the drainage of RPR is higher than other three groups, and targeted group of recurrence of all; RPR below 60 months after surgery, laparoscopic group internal drainage group and the open group. In 72 and 96 months postoperatively, drainage of RPR is higher than the open group. Piercing pain relief time shorter than the other group, the other three groups have no significant difference. Conclusion: operation treatment is the polycystic kidney disease is a better method of chronic pain, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages of different operation, it remains to be improved.
